Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the FitCoach website and app. By accepting an invitation and using the app, you agree to them. Please read them together with our privacy policy.
The service
FitCoach provides online coaching: your coach gives you training programs, meal plans and feedback through the app, and you log your training, nutrition and check-ins. The app is a tool for that coaching relationship.
Your account
- Accounts are created by invitation from a coach. Use only your own account, and do not share it.
- Keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings.
- Give accurate information, especially about your health, injuries and medication, so your coach can plan safely.
Health and safety
Coaching is not medical care. Programs, meal plans and messages are general fitness guidance, not a diagnosis or treatment, and your coach is not your doctor.
Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an injury, or take medication. Stop and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own pace and are responsible for using equipment safely.
Using the app properly
- Do not upload anything illegal or offensive, or anything you have no right to share.
- Be respectful in messages. Coaches and clients can report abuse to the platform’s admin.
- Do not try to reach other people’s data, disrupt the service or copy its content in bulk.
Your content and ours
What you log and upload remains yours. You allow your coach and FitCoach to use it to coach you and to run the service, as the privacy policy describes.
Programs, meal plans and other material your coach creates are for your personal use. The exercise library includes material from open sources, credited in the app’s documentation.
Fees
Coaching fees, if any, are agreed between you and your coach. The app does not take payments at the moment.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features; if a change affects you significantly, we will tell you in the app.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. Your coach can archive your account when your coaching ends, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
As far as the law allows, FitCoach is not liable for indirect losses, or for injuries that result from training against medical advice or beyond your abilities. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We will tell you in the app before important changes apply. If you keep using the app afterwards, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
